Training infrastructure costs, huge capital investment in setting up static infrastructure replicating across training locations.With multiple training centers scattered across the country, this fast-growing client of ours was faced with a challenge of maintaining physical lab infrastructures across all locations for their training solutions demands.
High Turnaround time required to setup training framework

A constant pressure of increasing IT-IMS training demands and the high time required to setup infrastructure and framework to meet this demand.
Lack of hands on experience of on-job scenarios
One of the challenge was to improve effectiveness of training program due to the lack of hands on practice as their students could only practice hands on within the training provider’s facility and infrastructure. The course duration that included classroom training as well was not adequate enough for students to learn through hands-on practice.

Labjump was chosen to bring a unique virtual lab solution to reduce the immense costs of maintaining traditional infrastructure for training solutions. By deploying our lab solutions, the client was able to deliver on-demand training to global sales channel partners while drastically decreasing dependency on physical lab infrastructures.
Labjump pre-configured labs were seen as path breaker to reduce turnaround time required to setup the content and framework between two batches. Additionally Virtual lab framework provided by LabJump empowers the client to repeat or refresh any aspect of training required.
Our virtual labs could be accessed from anywhere and this helped our client’s customers to access the training lab outside client’s premises and the students could spend more time on executing hands on real time job scenarios and this has helped immensely in increasing the effectiveness of training program.
Post completion of engagement at one location, the client has approved on a company-wide initiative to deploy our labs across all locations with an objective of leveraging cost benefits moving from CAPEX to OPEX model. They would also have a standardized framework for IT-IMS training delivery across all locations.
